The company’s President, Leon is a Brooklyn, NY native but lived in Nassau County, and currently resides in Queens County NY. This allowed him to become familiarized with many older home styles and newer construction designs within various towns. CUNY ALUMNI. He actively learns more about the home inspection industry through both his trade associations. The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants. This, in addition to accredited classroom and field instructions led by both active and retired home inspectors and engineers.

Humble beginnings

His interest in the Inspection Industry peeked from his youth. As his father is a general contractor and his late grandfather was an engineer and real estate investor. At 21 years old, he would start out doing residential electrical wiring and later move on to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration work in commercial environments. In 2006 that he would Segue into real estate and took a greater interest in the home inspection industry. Outside of this realm, he has years of experience as a Logistics Account Manager, moving luxury goods for marketing companies.

However, he wanted to return to his roots and remain connected with local communities, everyday people, and realized entrepreneurship would be his true calling. So, after much preparation, he decided to pursue his dreams. For Leon, running a home inspection business was the perfect platform given his work and educational background, and his heart’s desire.
