Homebuyer Pre-Inspection Agreement

A pre-inspection agreement is a standard 1-2 page document a client will receive before any licensed home inspector performs the services requested at the time of inspection. The Pre – Inspection Agreement contains the agreed-upon service and applicable fee(s). The scope of the inspection services, standards followed, and disclaimers. In New York State, any reputable, licensed, and insured home inspector is required to have in their possession a signed Pre-Inspection Agreement.

As our client(s), you may e-sign your service agreement(s) after your scheduled inspection is confirmed. Your email will contain an e-sign link.
We also provide you with another option to e-sign your agreement, as not all cell phones and tablets are compatible with the first option.
