Scheduling via the website. You fill in the appointment form and select your desired day and date from the days and times available.

Scheduling your inspection via a phone call. We fill in the appointment form through questions and answers.
You receive a confirmation email with a pre-inspection agreement form attached.
Collecting payment
Invoice sent via email (Ignore if you wish to pay in person, see below)
or
Payment made at the time of the inspection. Please have exact cash or use of our mobile card reader.
You receive a receipt once payment is received, even if paying in cash.
Inspection services and report(S)
Inspector inspects the property. Takes photo, test operating controls, logs data.
Report(s) sent via email the next day and, in some cases, the same day.
You will be emailed information regarding any warranty services associated with your inspection.

Post Inspection consultation
Time allocated by the inspector or you to discuss inspection report findings needing clarity.
