Yes, we deliver customized PDF inspection reports as no two homes are alike and different clients express different concerns. Our inspection reports contain recommendations, an executive summary section, color-coded severity labels, inline photos & correct/incorrect illustrations, in addition to resource links.

We also include the following add-on services without any additional fees attached. Thermal imaging, indoor air quality checks, moisture scanning, and a termite inspection. This allows us to be more thorough and makes our reports easier to navigate for first-time homebuyers, sellers, real estate professionals, and contractors.
